The second skill competition of popular science ultrasound 2017 ended successfully
On November 30th, the second "Happy Work Skills Competition" sponsored by the Administration and Machinery Department of our company kicked off in the workshop of the Machinery Department. This competition is the sharpening of twist drills. A total of 19 outstanding players from the company's machinery and warehouse management departments participated in the competition. This competition has been highly valued and strongly supported by the company’s leaders. The competition specially invited experts from the Machinery Department of our company to serve as judges to objectively and fairly evaluate the contestants’ theoretical test results and on-site actual operation level.
Company leader Lei came to the competition site in person, had a cordial conversation with the players, and encouraged everyone to achieve results and level in the competition! At the same time, all contestants are called on to further consolidate their basic skills and improve their professional quality and technical level through the competition platform!
From material preparation to formal operations, the competition was intense and orderly. Sparks were splashing on the polishing platform, the players were engrossed, everyone's enthusiasm for the game was high, and they insisted on using their best condition and devoted all their energy to the drill. Look, the three golden women of our warehouse management department are not letting their eyebrows be frowned, and they are fully engaged in the fierce competition.
After more than two hours of fierce competition, three players won first, second and third prizes. The company leaders made wonderful comments on the competition. Finally, the general manager Lei, the senior manager of the mechanical department and the manager Cheng respectively presented awards to the winners and took photos with them. The competition came to a successful conclusion in a tense and warm atmosphere.
This competition has strengthened the communication and communication between employees and departments, allowing everyone to learn from each other and make progress together in a harmonious atmosphere. At the same time, it also allows everyone to recognize their own shortcomings, so as to strengthen learning, so as to improve the overall quality and work skills of employees, and lay a solid foundation for the company's next take-off.
